Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers to the questions tired parents ask most. Can't find yours? Just ask.
Approach
No. My approach is gentle and responsive — you will never be asked to leave your baby to cry alone. Together we choose a settling method you're comfortable with, and you remain present and responsive throughout. Some protest is normal when habits change, but you'll always be supported in comforting your child.
Yes. Every plan follows current safe-sleep guidelines and is built around your child's age, development, feeding needs, and medical history. Where a medical concern may be contributing to sleep challenges, I'll always recommend checking in with your pediatrician first.
Absolutely. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I design plans that protect breastfeeding and keep the night feeds your baby still needs. Better sleep and continued feeding goals are not in conflict.
Never. There is no judgment here — only support. If your current arrangement works for your family, wonderful. If you'd like to change it, we'll do it gradually and gently, at a pace everyone can handle.
Working Together
From pregnancy (preparing for your baby's arrival) through about five years old — newborns, infants, and toddlers, including children with developmental differences or additional needs.
Everything happens over video call and secure messaging, so I can support families anywhere in the world. You'll complete a detailed intake before our first call, and all follow-up support happens on your schedule, in your time zone.
Most families see meaningful improvement within the first week and consolidation by the end of the second. Gentle methods take slightly longer than "extinction" approaches — but the results last, and you'll never have to do something that feels wrong.
That's exactly why support is included. I review your sleep logs daily and adjust the plan as your child responds. Sleep coaching is a process of tuning, not a one-shot prescription.
Yes — I've cared for many sets of multiples over 28 years. Twin plans are built together so both babies (and both parents) can rest, and a discounted sibling add-on is available for any package.
Booking & Payment
Book a free 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk about your child's sleep, and I'll recommend the right package — or point you to free resources if that's all you need. No pressure, ever.
All major credit and debit cards. Payment plans splitting the package over two months are available on request — restful nights shouldn't have to wait for payday.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your first consultation, you'll receive a full refund. After the consultation, fees for the remaining support period are refundable on a pro-rata basis. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
